The Kullavik project is a prime example of Nord Craft’s ability to turn a simple vision into a high-end reality. Starting with nothing more than a hand-drawn sketch from the client, our team managed the entire technical and structural sequence to deliver a seamless outdoor oasis.

The Scope of Work:

• Structural Foundations: Precision excavation and groundwork to prepare the site for a durable pool shell.
• Custom Construction: Building the pool structure and a dedicated, weather-proof pump house to protect the technical systems.
• Terrace Artistry: Construction of a premium timber terrace surrounding the pool area, designed for both aesthetics and durability.
• Premium Protection: Installation of an Aqvisdeck sliding roof system for safety and heat retention.
• Detailing: Expert pool liner installation and welding for a flawless, watertight finish.
